Cancellation and Attendance

Please provide 24 hours’ notice prior to cancel your appointment. We understand that emergencies arise from time to time and ask that you call us with as much advance notice as possible.

Please note: More than 3 last minute cancellations and/or no shows in a quarter will result in a $35.00 cancellation fee.

In consideration of other patients and staff members, if you are going to be more than 10 minutes late for your appointment please call to ensure that your therapist can still see you. Your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

We ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to pick up your child from therapy to go over daily progress and any other questions you may have.

• All therapists are scheduled back to back.  Late fees will be assessed for children who are not picked up on time.

Insurance companies will not reimburse for late/ cancellation fees, therefore it is the responsibility of the parents/guardians.
